This is a minimum legal requirement — we extend it to 30 days for your convenience where possible.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Electronics (including chargers, batteries, devices with built-in batteries, etc.) must be returned in new, unopened condition unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Opened electronics may be subject to inspection and a restocking fee (up to 15–25%) if returned for change-of-mind reasons.
